For 40+ years now, nutrition and what I call Conscious Lifestyle has been (and is currently) a major focus for me. In coaching thousands of folks, I have realized something in addition to supplements, raw food, vegan, and pure water choices must be at play in our lives.

Beginners and those highly disciplined in nutritional awareness and application may greatly benefit by upgrading Consciousness. More than any other lifestyle factor, our beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and agreements about what, why, and how we are feeding ourselves may matter.

Instead of teaching you on the benefits of what I call Conscious Language, let us do some Research and Development together on specific Consciousness upgrades while you are applying your own lifestyle and healthy nutritional choices and discover if and how your own Consciousness Upgrades change your Life. I recommend you do your own R&D for a month on the potential Consciousness enhancing Decrees offered below and keep records of any and all changes to your personal success. Remember, these upgrades will be way more than just physical, so be alert to your career, relationship, financial, family, community, and spiritual shifts and jot them down in a new journal.

For those upgrading your nutritional world through diet changes, supplements, hydration, etc., give these Decrees (say each Decree slowly and feel the meaning in each word as you say it) as you feed yourself:

• I receive with ease.

• I AM fully fed and nourished in every way.

• I AM satisfied, fulfilled, empowered, purified, and strengthened by all I take into my body, mind and Spirit.

• Every cell in my body is enlivened and enriched by this (food, supplement, and lifestyle choice).

• I AM only Victorious Love qualifying this food with Light!

• I love being nourished!

• I give myself permission to be my true, radiant self!

As you explore these Decrees, let yourself feel each one and affirm only the Decrees you feel deeply positive about in a new and different or more fulfilling way. Feeling is the key. Find out if Assimilation and Consciousness are be linked by Belief.

For those exercising for fitness.

• I AM fit, strong, supple, flexible, and blazing with Eternal Youth and Beauty!

• Every movement strengthens me.

• I AM every cell in my body electrified by Light.

• I remember my Perfect Form.

• I see only my Perfect Self.

• I see Perfection in all around me.

• I love my Body into Perfection.

For Parents Empowering Children:

• My Child is strong, healthy, vital, nourished, fed, secure, and happy.

• I AM my Child fed in every way.

• I AM my Child enjoying being fed and nourished, strong and secure.

Please give yourself permission to have amazing, wonderful, miraculous and instantaneous results. Delay is only a result of our own doubting beliefs. Imagine you are already what you desire to be. As you begin to have results, it may amplify your success to Decree (I call this Voting Victory) silently with those around you. If you see someone who could benefit from a lifestyle change, Decree them already being fit, happy, and nourished. Begin to see and imagine every person in your world already fed, happy, nourished, encouraged, supplied, and secure. Remember, You Are Essential. It has been said we keep 60% of all we send out because it what we send out comes through our body. In addition, the Law of the Tithe is we receive a 10 fold return for all we send out. Be your world Thriving and watch what happens to you!

Every Heart matters! Every Heart’s Call, every Heart’s Voice, every Heart’s Desire is our Greater Self (Great Spirit, Christ, I AM Presence, Higher Self, __________) ‘s Creativity coming through us for manifestation. Being aware every Heart matters brings into focus our own personal Heart of Hearts urge for good, harmony, greatness, love, blessing, strength, prosperity, sharing, service, plenty, caring, giving, and thanksgiving. Your Heart matters to me. My Heart matters to me. Every child’s Heart matters. Every politician’s Heart matters. Every parent’s Heart matters. Every Heart Matters. Not our wants, should, can’ts, fears—just our Hearts.

How do we hear our Heart? Listen. Our Hearts do not speak in fear, they speak in Love, Courage, Trust, and build Faith. Our Hearts matter.

How do we Trust when doubt and fear seem so loud? Listen, breathe, touch (what we feel), stay (present), and Love. Like darkness and Light cannot be in the same place at the same time, so too doubt/fear cannot be in the same place at the same time as Love/Trust/Faith. Touch your fear with Love long enough and with enough determination and it will have to dissolve.

What if doubt and fear are stubborn? Speak to them and take your authority (authorship) over them, replace them with your Voice. Decree your choice. Voice your Choice even if it seems silly. Your Voice is your Spirit (inspiration) expressing with your Will your Choice into Matter. Make what you say matter. Say what really matters to you and it will become your new reality, your New physical “Matter”, your new manifestation. Decree a thing and it shall be established unto you!

In our Heart, what matters is Love. When we let what matters to us be about what we Love, then Love becomes the Matter, the manifestation, the substance (underlying stance), the purpose in our lives. “As we think in our Hearts, so are we.”

In our Country, we have our classroom of things to take authority over. America is a classroom for those of us who are here to awaken “I AM” within us. Also true for all humanity I AM sure. Our Government is empowered by the consent of the governed. Our Vote matters. Our Hearts matter.

Sovereign Individuals, Sovereign Families, Sovereign States, Sovereign Nations. Co-Dependent or Co-Empowered? Our Choice. I AM our God Government of the people, by the people, for the people. What do you consent to today?

Healing our lives is our most important issue as our health is our most precious asset.  So many times we have used techniques of alternative health as a replacement for the allopathic mind set—this herb or oil—for that symptom.  The mind set of healing disease may be much more powerfully served if we focus on healing into something specific and actually enter our new mind set of “I am healed already” and asking ourselves, “Now what is my life like?”

Using natural remedies is wonderful, important, and vital to humanities success.  Using the purest oils becomes a constant tool for those committed to their most robust health.  Adding to the highest quality nutrients the consciousness of our healed state becomes essential in replacing limiting life symptoms with abundant life experiences.  The consciousness thing is up to the individual and the practitioner involved in the individual’s health path. 

By being aware each symptom is just that, a symptom—not a cause—we will have the opportunity to discover what quality will replace the symptom while offering ourselves and our clients the quickest route to a healthy life.  Disease—dis-ease—is a lack of ease.  Being healthy therefore will require some upgrade to our lives where ease is manifest.  Keeping it simple is extremely helpful in making our upgrades exact and permanent.  By understanding what our symptom is calling for and adjusting our thoughts, words and feelings while adjusting our health regime we can greatly enhance and quicken our healing time.  Not healing the dis-ease, healing into something specific. Our inner and outer language all plays a creative role in our healthy life while our body language accurately translated offers us the understanding of what our Spirit is asking us to correct.  Both languages are speaking clearly and specifically for those committed to listen and respond.

Imagine knowing what each symptom was caused by in limited thinking-language-feeling activity.  Imagine adding to your health program the consciousness required to upgrade the limitation into your personal and physical health.

Imagine having the skill to hear the call of your Heart and be able to translate each symptom into your strength while also having the best nutrients to assist the return of some faith, trust, ease, comfort, assimilation and bodily function.

Imagine, as an example, using Brain Power while saying “I remember, I create with ease, I enjoy my brilliance, my genius is always divinely active.” 

Having tools of consciousness, and what we heal into is as important as knowing how to heal.  Otherwise the symptom just changes shape, requiring another remedy, then another, then another.  Consciousness is the bottom line.  We are what we are conscious of being.
